According to Reports , THE Gambia Government imports Millions of Dollars food Annually .In the Gambia Soil is Fertile and Healthy, it will be wise to use Agriculture and grow crops and Feedback the Population…According to many voters.

The Gambia relies heavily on food imports, particularly rice, because domestic agriculture is mostly subsistence-based, failing to meet high demand. The country imports over 50% of its food, including staples like onions and cooking oil, due to low agricultural productivity, lack of commercial farming, and poor infrastructure.
