SENEGAL: FRENCH LAWYER JUAN BRANCO SAYS SENEGAL WILL FACE DIFFICULTIES BEFORE THE ICC

“We have also heard, repeatedly, that the State of Senegal, its highest authorities and its defense and security forces (FDS) are going to be brought before the International Criminal Court, it is boasting said Armed Forces Minister Sidiki Kaba during the government press conference on national news.

An exit which does not leave dumb the French lawyer, Juan Branco, who multiplies the calls for witnesses. He promises difficulties for the State of Senegal at the ICC.

“Senegal’s justice minister tried to answer us at a government press conference. This attempt, doomed to failure, did not prosper. The elements collected, overwhelming, will soon be exposed. That they expect heavy difficulties, ” he reacted after the exit of the Senegalese government.
