GAMBIA: BABOUCARR BUOY OVERSEES MINISTRY OF LANDS FOLLOWING THE SUDDEN ILLNESS OF OUSMAN SONKO

His Excellency, President Adama Barrow, by the powers vested in him under section 71(3) of the Constitution of The Gambia, approved the appointment of Honourable Baboucarr Bouy to oversee the Ministry of Land, Regional Administration and Religious Affairs, following the sudden illness of Honourable Minister Ousman Sowe.

The appointment is in addition to his duties and function as Minister of Public Service, Administration Reforms, Policy Coordination and Delivery until a substantive holder is appointed.
