These people are coming back to Gambia because their Asylum Was not accepted According to the Germany Immigration Departement.

In Germany there is a law that says , Any one who request political Asylum in Germany must produced enough proof to be able to get a Permanent stay in germany. But if your Asylum is not accepted by the German Federal Court , you sre allowed to go out from their country withing month ,if after the period of time ends and you didnt out , the police will have right to Catch you and immediately Hand over you ..
