The temperatures at Grand-Yoff were high this Wednesday. According to testimony, a group of protesters stormed a building where a magistrate lived with the intention of setting it ablaze. It is estimated that the victim’s life is not at risk after being rescued and taken to Idrissa Pouye Hospital. According to L’Observateur, the latter is called Ibrahima Ndong and is 29 years old. He is being kept under observation, under police surveillance.

In addition, the newspaper identified the shooter. He is an insurer named AKM. He was arrested and taken to the Grand-Yoff police station. His weapon, an automatic pistol, and their ammunition were seized.
