Ciré Clédor Ly gives news of the leader of Pastef, Ousmane Sonko, hospitalized at the Principal Hospital in Dakar.

According to Ciré Clédor Ly, his client continues the hunger strike and as soon as he became aware he refused any treatment. And he is therefore not immune to an accident, especially since he still refuses to eat.

“It should be noted that he is already showing after-effects and that worries me to the highest degree. It is a dangerous precedent to go to extremes which could cost the life of a political opponent,” reveals Me Ly.

According to the black dress, Sonko’s blood sugar level could not rectify until the realization and it continues.“There are alternatives to detention which obstruct article 139 of the code of criminal procedure, the meaning and scope of which are distorted, which creates legal uncertainty and deep judicial malaise,” he explains . .

According to Ly, Cheikh Bara Ndiaye and Mohamadou samba dit Hannibal Djim are also in the intensive care unit following hypoglycemic comas which dictate their urgent release.

“There is always time to save lives and to initiate mechanisms that would reconcile hearts and minds, by restoring the rule of law and respecting the fundamentals in a democratic state”, adds Me Ciré Clédor Ly.
