GAMBIA: COMMODORE MADANI SENGHORE, COMMANDER OF THE GAMBIA NAVY DIES

The Chief of Defence Staff Gambia Armed Forces, the Deputy Chief of
Defence Staff, the Commander Gambia National Army, the Executive Officer Gambia Navy, the Commander Republican National Guards, General Officers, Men and Women of the Gambia Armed Forces regret to announce the untimely demise of Commodore Madani Senghore the Commander, Gambia Navy.


This sad news occurred on Wednesday 13 December 2023 at the Westfield Clinic.
The sad news is extended to His Excellency the President M.r Adama Barrow, Cabinet Ministers, his family members, relatives and friends in the Gambia and abroad.
Funeral arrangements will be communicated in due course.

May his soul rest in eternal peace while asking Allah to grant his family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
