PDOIS chief Hallah Sallah went up against Madi Jobarteh on Friday the 13th January 2023 in a debate on whether the experienced politician betrayed the late Ebrima Solo Sandeng.

When the debate which took place on West Coast Radio looked to veer off to his performance at the National Assembly, Mr Sallah blasted: “I really am more comfortable now after hearing what he has said, trying to indict me for my performance at the National Assembly.

“We would not have had this debate. I would have just considered what he said and determined whether they are relevant or not.

“I would not have wasted my time. It is this element that I have betrayed Sandeng which I wanted to clear.

“This is the problem with people like Madi. They are misleading a whole generation. And he keeps on repeating ‘coalition’.

“This was not a coalition National Assembly and he knows. He knows the voting pattern in the National Assembly.

“So it is Madi who is trying to throw dust in people’s eyes and he is the one misleading himself and a whole generation.”
