MAURITANIA: OUSMANE SONKO’S FRENCH LAWYER JUAN BRANCA ARRESTED IN ROSSO MAURITANIA

French lawyer Juan Branco has just been arrested. The information was confirmed within the Assembly by MP Coura Ndiaye. 
According to information received, he was arrested in Rosso Senegal after he left Lac Rose. According to a Seneweb source, the French lawyer was apprehended by the Mauritanian police.
As a reminder, Ousmane Sonko’s lawyer has been the subject of a judicial investigation. In addition, the prosecutor had requested an international arrest warrant. On Sunday July 31, he was able to enter Senegal and took part in a press conference organized by Ousmane Sonko’s lawyers.
