Alioune Tine calls again, this Tuesday, August 22, President Macky Sall on the critical health of the opponent Ousmane Sonko. In his tweet, the founder of the think tank Afrika Jom Center is alarmist.

“Excellence PR Macky Sall, we must act for humanitarian reasons for the release of Ousmane Sonko and political detainees before it is too late. A few months before your departure, do not destroy your reputation. Africa needs a leader to intervene in the complex crises that threaten the survival of our States.

“We must leave by reconciling the Senegalese by making them proud of what has constituted their democracy in Africa and in the world. Time is running out, tensions are increasing in all political camps, uncertainty, disillusionment and above all deep resentments, hatreds are springs that produce no way out, no solution.

“You have to get out of it, purge all your feelings and all the disputes through global and inclusive dialogue. This is the best way to go out and bequeath to your people and to Africa a legacy of peace and stability. We are all ready to accompany you”.
