Arrested this Friday, July 28 outside his home Ousmane Sonko was taken into custody on seven counts, according to the Dakar prosecutor’s office.
Faced with this situation, the leader of the Pastef party has decided to start a hunger strike from this Sunday. This is what we read on the social networks of the opponent.
The former tax and land inspector also invites all political detainees to do the same to deal with what he describes as a “conspiracy against the project”.
The authenticity of this message remains to be determined if it is known that Ousmane Sonko’s lawyers complain of having no access to him, even on the telephone.
