Ismalia Madior Ceesay was one time advocating for diaspora voting but now he indirectly said it’s not necessary but their economic contribution is enough during a QTV morning show!!Even the poorest of the poor are allowing their diaspora to vote because that’s a major fundamental right to take part in decisions making. The community that contributes 750 million into the state coffers should be able to decide too and not just pump in cash all the time. But the government knows that most of the diasporans are against them so allowing them to vote means outright downfall of corrupt governments! That’s why Barrow and his baptized ministers and cartels will give every little excuse to block such opportunities.
